WinAt.ai is owned and operated by David Stanbridge, Houston, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. We keep this simple because we think you deserve to know exactly what's happening with your data.

What we collect

Information you give us directly

When you fill out a contact form, book a call, or take the AI Blind Side Assessment, we collect your name, email address, and any information you choose to include in your message. We use Go High Level (GHL) to manage this information.

Information collected automatically

When you visit WinAt.ai we automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the site. This includes your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site. We collect this through Google Analytics 4 and Meta (Facebook) Pixel.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your messages and inquiries
• Schedule and conduct calls you have booked
• Send you emails you have opted into, including updates about WinAt.ai, The AI Blind Side, and AI governance content for mid-market businesses
• Understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it
• Show relevant advertising on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited the site or expressed interest in our services

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except the service providers listed below who help us operate the site and communicate with you.

Service providers we use

Go High Level: CRM, contact forms, email marketing, and booking. Data is stored and processed through GHL’s platform. gohighlevel.com

Google Analytics 4: Website analytics. Google may process data in the United States. policies.google.com/privacy

Meta Pixel: Advertising and retargeting on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may process data in the United States. facebook.com/privacy/policy

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Email marketing

If you submit a form, book a call, take the assessment, or otherwise opt in to communications from WinAt.ai, you may receive emails from us. These may include follow-up information about your inquiry, content related to AI governance and The AI Blind Side, and updates about WinAt.ai services.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Transactional emails related to a booking or active engagement are not affected by unsubscribing from marketing.

Cookies and tracking

WinAt.ai uses cookies and similar tracking technologies through Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel. Cookies help us understand how visitors use the site and allow us to show relevant advertising.

WinAt.ai is intended for business owners and senior leaders. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, contact us at Dave@WinAt.ai and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
